Senateks is a customs representative (FCS register No. 2123). We handle customs clearance of cargo and vehicles: we prepare documents for the required procedure, declare goods for import, export and transit, calculate customs payments, and support you through FCS inspections and requests.
The list of documents depends on the customs procedure and the goods. We compile it for your shipment, check the documents before submission and point out anything that is missing.
Acting as a customs representative, we file the customs declaration and handle clearance through to the release of the goods.
We calculate duties, taxes and fees in advance, so the cost of the shipment is clear before dispatch. We reduce payments lawfully: we select the correct EAEU commodity code (TN VED EAEU) and apply preferences based on the goods' country of origin when the shipment qualifies for them.
While your cargo is being cleared, we respond to customs requests, prepare explanations and additional documents, and provide support during inspections. Post-release inspections and disputes with customs are covered in the "Legal support" section.
We organize the vehicle's entire journey from any country in the world: the customs declaration, calculation and payment of duties and the utilization fee (utilsbor), obtaining the vehicle design safety certificate (SBKTS) and the electronic vehicle passport (EPTS), and delivery of the car to the client.
